Two Dogs

David and Venus

Glad to see a smaller version of Schattenspiel (Shadow Play) being
installed in the show.  With its shambolic assortment of kitsch toys

revolving on turntables and casting large shadows on the wall -
Spooky and calming at the same time!

Six women’s handbags and their contents, laid out in traditional museum vitrines.
Each was given €500 in return the result sees cases full of painkillers, mobile phones, make up and various other items. Important items, such as credit cards or passports were returned to the owners, and any paper money has been photocopied.

a jolly Yinka Shonibare

Through his life long dedication to collecting, Feldmann has called
attention to the cultural material that surrounds us by gathering images and everyday objects from disparate sources into meticulous installations.

Dont forget to take away an ‘unlimited edition’ print of a portrait of
Queen Elizabeth II as a young girl on your way out!

The exhibition is free and will run until 5 June 2012.
