| With standing room only, the crowd overflowed to the ground floor reception area watching the sale in progress from the tv screen. The contemporary and 20th-century Italian sale set six artist records and raised 40 million pounds ($63 million) |

| We then headed to the ICA for the Gagosian Frieze party, funky Franz West sculptures were presented on the roof top. |

| We took the opportunity to check out the Kassay show |

| so minimal its almost a blank canvas! |

| Guess what? Lots of room for more. The party was simply not happening without the crowd. Amazing bar and great DJ though. |

| We ditched Gagosian and went to the Arts Club, Simon de Pury spinning out some funky tunes. |
